CALM’s mission is to prevent, assess and treat child abuse in Santa Barbara County by providing comprehesive, culturally competent services for children, adults and families. CALM’s Treatment and Preventative Services are available:

  • to children and families without regard to ability to pay
  • until the need is fulfilled without arbitrary time limits
  • in English, Spanish, Cantonese, American Sign Language and other languages through interpreters.

Casa Pacifica provides services to more than 4,000 children, youth, and young adults annually by identifying the unique needs of each client and family to ensure safe environments for our community’s most vulnerable children. The Mental Wellness Center is a non-profit organization that recognizes mental illness is a community matter affecting us all. We are dedicated to meeting the needs of Youth, Adults, Families, and the Community through support, education, and direct services. We are crusaders of progress in the effort to educate youth through our Mental Health Matters program. We promote awareness and combat stigma that so often hinder access to treatment. We support and educate families impacted by mental illness through our partnership with NAMI’s Family to Family program and we engage and educate our whole community with our Mental Health First Aid program. We believe in a new, high standard of response to mental illness that helps people at the earliest stages and prevents unnecessary suffering for individuals and their families. Together, we are changing the perception of mental health and building a community of wellness.

In addition to offering low-cost housing units with attached services, PathPoint has a mobile team of nurses and rehabilitation specialists with a proven success record in rehabilitation, basic healthcare, crisis prevention and stabilization, counseling, and reduction in high-cost emergency or inpatient services.
